World premiere for new front section

Our entry into the US market has given us a great deal of new knowledge. We have taken on board views and requests from our north American customers and can see that the US market sets new requirements for durability and strength. Accordingly, we have developed a brand new front section that is much more robust than its predecessor. We would like to tell you about the benefits of our new option for Stringo 550.

The Project front section facelift aims to develop the existing front section to give a more durable, more stable and stronger option. The new front section also offers better functionality for locking the wheels in the right position and good maneuverability.

The first prototype

At present we are at the end of the design phase and have just built our first prototype in order to commence testing to ensure that the front section lives up to our tough demands. We have just presented the first prototype at the expo in Novi, Michigan.

You are welcome to contact us for more information about the new option for Stringo 550 that soon will be ready for production.

Based on current front section, we´ll be utilizing existing components such as castors, wheel holders and wheel locking.

Increased stability and better transition ability

The new front section will increase driving stability and the roller on press arms will be stronger. The project on the Stringo 550 aims to reinforce the frame, press arms, press arm joints and overroll protection. This makes the whole front section more robust.

The new front section will give the Stringo 550 better transition ability (i.e. hoists, elevators, thresholds, dyno cells). And we are also increasing the working pressure in the hydraulic system as well as the “pocket” that grips the wheels.

At the Automotive Testing Expo in Novi, Michigan we are showing the new front section for the first time. Welcome to our booth!
