   Pyramid is our ERP system.    Personal information in our ERP system is used for orders, quotes, warrenty and support claims as well as in the economic functions. This functions will hold information as required by the law.

Office 365     Office 365 is a cloud-based subscription service, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Onedrive, Teams and so on. Office 365 lets anyone in our organization create and share anywhere on any device.    We use Office 365 as our main e-mail app and also for project management and team collaboration. The information included in any email sent to or any other Stringo domain will be stored here. Like any other email service out there.


How Long Do We Store Personal Data?

If you initiated contact with Stringo (by submitting personal data through a form, etc.) your personal data will be stored until you, or Stringo, decides to discontinue the contact. We will store the data for as long as we believe there is legitimate/mutual interest.
