The purpose of this policy is to foster a safe working environment for employees, vendors, and customers.
Stringo and all suppliers shall comply with local government and public health agency orders, while maintaining systems in place to address the prevention and control of COVID-19.
1. Stringo personnel will not interact with Customers, Vendors or fellow employees if displaying more than one of the Symptoms of COVID-19 as detailed here.
2. Stringo personnel will not interact with Customers, Vendors or fellow employees if Personnel had close contact (within 6 feet/2 meters for more than 15 minutes) with anyone who is either confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19, in the last 14 days, including anyone who is experiencing or displaying any known symptoms of COVID-19 (including those listed above).
3. Stringo personnel will not interact with Customers, Vendors, or fellow employees if Personnel has tested positive or has been tested and are awaiting the results for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
Stringo Personnel will not interact with any Customer or Supplier personnel who meets the above criteria and may NOT enter a worksite location.
Stringo and all Suppliers must provide their personnel (including subcontractors) with appropriate pandemic-related personal protective equipment (PPE) and sanitization supplies. Suppliers must require their personnel to use such PPE as appropriate. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Stringo may require the use of face coverings or masks while conducting business. Suppliers should ensure that it has provided its personnel with face coverings before coming onsite to perform services. Stringo and Suppliers require their personnel to follow the CDC’s guidelines for the prevention of the spread of contagious diseases such as COVID-19. Such guidelines include frequent handwashing, social distancing, wearing a facemask when appropriate, covering coughs and sneezes, and cleaning frequently touched surfaces. Stringo appreciates your caring for others and support a safe and healthy work environment.
